Terms & Conditions
Introduction:
Welcome to DigitalBina. These terms govern your use of our services. DigitalBina is a brand owned and managed by M&A Glory Sdn. Bhd. (1437760-U). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

Service Engagement:
All services (Web Design, SEO, Ads) are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed quotation or invoice payment.
We reserve the right to decline any project that contradicts our ethical guidelines or Malaysian law.

Payment Terms:
Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to start any project.
Balance: The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before the website is launched or credentials are handed over.
Late Fees: Invoices overdue by more than 7 days may result in service suspension.

Project Timeline & Delays:
Standard Launch: 5–7 working days for standard websites, provided all content is received.
Client Delays: If the client fails to provide content within 14 days, the project will be paused. A restart fee may apply to resume work.
Timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity.

Refund Policy:
Deposit: The 50% startup deposit is strictly non-refundable once work has commenced.
Cancellations: If a client cancels mid-project, they are liable for all work completed up to that date.
No refunds are given for 3rd party costs like Domain Names, Hosting, or Google Ads budget.

Revisions & Edits:
Standard packages include two (2) rounds of revisions during the design phase.
Additional major changes after approval will be charged at our standard hourly rate (RM 150/hr).
Scope creep (adding new pages/features) will be billed separately.

SEO & Results:
We use best-practice Local SEO methods to improve rankings.
Disclaimer: We do not guarantee specific #1 rankings as Google algorithms are outside our control.
SEO results typically take 3–6 months to materialize.

Intellectual Property (IP):
Upon full payment, the client owns the final website design and content.
DigitalBina retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio.
A small “Designed by DigitalBina” credit link will be placed in the footer unless a removal fee is paid.

Hosting & Maintenance:
Free hosting (if included) is valid for the first year only.
Renewal fees apply annually. Failure to renew will result in website suspension.
We are not liable for downtime caused by 3rd party hosting providers.

Privacy & Data:
We respect your privacy. Client data is used solely for project communication and billing.
We do not sell client data to third parties.
Logins and passwords shared with us are kept confidential.

Limitation of Liability:
M&A Glory Sdn. Bhd. is not liable for any indirect losses, lost profits, or data loss arising from the use of our services.
Our maximum liability is limited to the total project fee paid by the client.

Governing Law:
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
